Photojournalism
I’ve worked as a concerned documentary-style visual journalist for over 25 years. It’s been an experience best described through the images I’ve made of people’s life’s struggles and triumphs. The work I’m most interested in documenting is about those who are on the fringes of society. It seems that’s where the extremes of economic and social inequality manifest in their most troubling forms. I’ve initiated many photojournalism projects/stories through the years, while working as a photographer and photo editor at various publications including, The Herald-Whig, The Washington Post, The Baltimore Sun, The Sedalia Democrat, The Sentry, The Branson Daily News, and more.

Wow. Your process sounds really awesome. I’ve been wanting to do something like this too. Anything to make a photograph more than just a print. Very creative. I like mixed mediums.
I’ve worked as a photojournalist for years as a profession. Have been doing various alternative print making and photography all this time too. It’s just something I’ve always enjoyed.
